Delivery Options

All orders will be shipped via UPS. We are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box address and we only ship within the United States at this time.

All orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday PST will ship by the next business day. Orders with expedited shipping will be in transit during business days only and cannot be delivered on weekends.

We understand that delivering what you order, when you want it is important to you. If something goes wrong, as they sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

To return goods for a refund or exchange please fill out the returns form sent with your order or on the attached link - returns form.

If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at [email protected]. Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed.

All refunds are for merchandise only.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value only. We cannot make additional charges to your credit card.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange we will automatically refund you and notify you via e-mail.

All items purchased on leosdancewear.com cannot be accepted in any store. All returns and exchanges must be returned to our warehouse.

You must return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition which includes tags and any packaging.

 

Please note: In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
