HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Go to ‘SIGN IN ‘ and sign into your account using your email address and password.
Click 'Account Details' and update, remember to 'Save Changes'. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

WHAT IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

Please select 'SIGN IN' and 'Forgotten password?'. We will email you a new password and for security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF LEO HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service specialists toll free at 1-800-736-5367 (LEOS) or 1-773-889-7700 with your order details if you do not receive this email.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. On delivery, if any Leo products are unsuitable and meet the RETURN CONDITIONS, please follow the instructions under Returns and Exchanges.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

To return goods for a refund or exchange please fill out the returns form sent with your order or on the attached link - returns form.

If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at [email protected]. Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange we will automatically refund you and notify you via e-mail.

All returns and exchanges of items purchased at leosdancewear.com must be returned to our warehouse. 

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition which includes
tags and any packaging.

 

Please note: In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
